CONSTRUCTION DESCRIPTION
-
Bolted cabinet frame
Bolted construction made of closed profiles that provide high rigidity. The shape of the profile ensures full symmetry of the cabinet frame and allows the door and covers to be mounted in any lateral plane. Each profile is perforated in two planes at a scale of 25 mm, which allows any internal installation. The material used ensures higher corrosion resistance and easy galvanic connection of unpainted elements mounted directly on the frame. This makes it possible to avoid additional grounding connections. The perforation is designed for M6 self-tapping screws and special M8 cage nuts. The modular arrangement of the openings in the cabinet frame complies with the EN 60917 standard.
-
door
The door is made of powder-coated sheet steel RAL 7035. Can be mounted on the frame at any level with four hinges with an opening angle of 150°. Thanks to its symmetrical design, the door can be mounted as a right-hand or left-hand door. Its standard equipment is a stiffening frame with perforations in 25 mm increments. The standard door is equipped with a 4-point bascule lock. The cabinets with a width of 1000 and 1200 mm have double-leaf doors and the cabinets with a width of 800 and 600 mm have single-leaf doors. On request, these can be designed as glazed doors or doors with ventilation.
-
Rear wall and side walls
Easy and quick assembly using fastening screws. Due to the symmetry of the frame, they can be used alternately in cabinets with the same width and depth. The rear and side covers are made of powder-coated sheet steel in RAL 7035 as standard. M8 earthing bolts are provided in the standard version.
-
Top cover
Cover made of sheet metal, powder-coated RAL 7035 with foam seal. Serves as the upper plate. It is available in the full version or including an opening (380 x 380 mm or 380 x 210 mm) for a blank cover or a fan panel.
-
Base plate
Drilled plate with 3 sliding plates (same as in the SZE2 cabinet). The plates are fixed with special deep-cut screws that ensure the continuity of the equalizing connections (grounding). It is possible to dismantle the lower plate together with the plates, thus obtaining a cable passage practically with the dimensions of the cabinet frame.
-
Mounting plate
As standard, the cabinet is equipped with a galvanized mounting plate (3 mm thick). It can be mounted at any cabinet depth. One advantage is that the plate can be attached completely to the frame of the rear cabinet area, which means that the mounting space in the cabinet can be fully used. In the standard version, the mounting plate is provided with guides that make it easier to install the plate in the cabinet.
-
Grounding
All necessary elements are provided with M8 screws, which enable earthing to the cabinet frame in any area.
-
Compatibility with installation systems from other manufacturers
The design of the SZE3 cabinet frame enables the use of the Lütze LSC cabling system frame
